My coaching approach is built around the foundational work of attachment theory, recognising that how we attach to others shapes every aspect of our relationships—how we trust, communicate, and form intimate connections. I combine a variety of techniques in my practice, including somatic practices, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches, to help you understand and transform your relationship patterns.  Using modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Narrative Coaching, Transactional Analysis, Person-Centered Coaching, Gestalt, and Existential Coaching, I tailor my methods to your unique needs, guiding you toward lasting change.


While my focus is on the present and future, exploring your past is key to understanding how early experiences have shaped your attachment style and relationship behaviors. Together, we’ll uncover how past relationships and formative experiences influence your current beliefs, fears, and patterns in romantic partnerships. By recognising and healing these attachment wounds, we can help you create healthier, more secure connections.

Nervous system regulation is also a critical part of my work. By learning to regulate your nervous system, you’ll become better equipped to manage emotional triggers, stay grounded in moments of conflict, and deepen your intimacy and connection with others.
